- Shipments must be opened and inspected upon delivery, in the presence of the courier.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges after an order has been received and accepted. Please inspect your order with the courier at the time of delivery and either approve or refuse the shipment on the spot.
- If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us through Instagram or Facebook Messenger (choose only one channel to avoid duplication).
- When contacting us, please include clear and recent photos of the received items along with their packaging to assist you promptly.
